  8. Welcome and thank you for using BusinessCards'98 software! 
  9.  
  10. BusinessCards'98 is extremely intuitive and easy to use universal 
  11. database/organizer. It is compact, fast, and flexible. Since 1993, 
  12. BusinessCards software was featured in more than 30 computer 
  13. publications around the world.

  15. To install BusinessCards'98 on your computer simply run SETUP.EXE, 
  16. which is included with software distribution. Installation program 
  17. will copy all necessary files to target directory and create program 
  18. shortcuts for you. 
  19.  
  20. To uninstall BusinessCards'98 from your computer, please follow 
  21. standard "Add/Remove Programs" procedure in Control Panel, or select 
  22. "BusinessCards UnInstall" item from "Program Files/ BusinessCards" 
  23. menu.

  28. BusinessCards'98 for Windows'9x/NT is NEITHER public domain program 
  29. NOR free software. It is commercial product distributed as shareware 
  30. and is copyrighted by MidStream, Inc.

  32. Program author, MidStream, Inc. grants you a limited license to use 
  33. this software for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed 30 
  34. (thirty) days. If you continue using this software after the thirty 
  35. day evaluation period, you MUST make a registration payment to 
  36. Midstream, Inc.

  55. hard currencies. This covers most of Western Europe, Japan and

  59. drawn on an US banking institution. No Eurochequs please.

  61. The fee for a single copy is $29.95 plus shipping and handling 
  62. ($3.00 - USA, $4.00 - Canada/Mexico, $5.00 - other International) 
  63. if you want us to ship the software on diskette instead of online 
  64. delivery via email. For online delivery (no shipping and handling 
  65. charge) you must specify your email address.

  76. Sorry, we don't accept credit card orders ourself. However, you can 
  77. place the order with MasterCard, Visa, American express or Discover 
  78. credit card through Public Software Library (PsL), which accepts 
  79. worldwide BusinessCards'98 registrations on behalf of MidStream,

  91. appears on your card), card number, expiration date and billing

  103. A site license for BusinessCards'98 software entitles an 
  104. organization to receive one copy of the distribution package and 
  105. duplicate the distribution disk for the specified number of copies. 
  106. The current price schedule is as follows:

  108.    first 2 to 10 computers:    $24.95 each
  109.    next 11 to 25 computers:    $19.95 each
  110.    next 26 to 50 computers:    $14.95 each
  111.    next 51 to 100 computers:    $9.95 each
  112.    over 100 computers:       $1500.00 total

  114. For example, the price for a site license for 30 computers would be 
  115. calculated as follows:

  117.        1 x $29.95 =  $29.95 (first computer)
  118.        9 x $24.95 = $244.50 (next 9 computers)
  119.       15 x $19.95 = $299.25 (next 15 computers)
  120.        5 x $14.95 =  $74.75 (5 remaining computers)

  123. PURCHASE ORDERS

  125. Due to the extra work involved in processing purchase orders we do 
  126. not accept them if the total amount is less than $250.00. You are 
  127. encouraged to use a check, petty cash or credit card when possible 
  128. for small orders.

  130. Purchase orders for the amount of $250.00 or more (net 30 days) 
  131. are accepted only from government and accredited educational 
  132. institutions and major corporations, provided that they are 
  133. submitted on purchase order forms with a purchase order number. 
  134. Please make sure to include the standard BusinessCards'98 order 
  135. form with a purchase order.

  137. You may also consider to purchase lifetime free upgrade plan for an 
  138. extra 50%. This will entitle you to obtain free registration numbers 
  139. for all upcoming versions of both BusinessCards'98 and 
  140. BusinessDialer'98.

  143. for your convenience. Register whatever means is most convenient 
  144. to you. If none of above is convenient for you to register 
  145. BusinessCards'98, please feel free to contact us for a viable
